THE HISTORY OF
CAMBRIDGE TITLE
Marci Nowak, a native of Michigan, moved
to South Florida in March of 1986, not long after graduating
from Central Michigan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Applied
Arts Degree in Architectural Drafting & Design, Interior Design and
Construction Management. Upon her arrival to Florida, Marci worked in
the Commercial Construction Industry as a Project Manager working
primarily on retail projects throughout Florida. Marci developed a
working relationship with many attorneys during her Land Development
days and learned the inner-workings of the title insurance industry.
Through these relationships, she began a business known as Land Title
Exchange, a paralegal service corporation formed in January 1994.
Within a year, Marci formed a partnership
with an attorney friend and developed Cambridge Title, Inc.
In September of 1996, Land Title Exchange, Inc. merged into Cambridge
Title, Inc. and Marci became the sole owner of Cambridge Title.
Marci has been building Cambridge Title, Inc. into a top producer of
Residential Transaction Revenues with Chicago Title Insurance Company as
it's underwriter. Cambridge Title is Marci's "child" and it's staff of
qualified, service oriented professionals her Family. Cambridge Title
is built on the foundation of Extraordinary Customer Service and it's
strength is in it's convictions and it's commitment to paying attention
to the details. Cambridge Title, Inc. is a successful, woman-owned
business, built entirely upon referrals from satisfied customers and
clients.
